COMMISSIONER:
Roy Miller has been the HCYFL's Commissioner since the league's inception in 1988.
He
was the Head Football Coach at New Jersey City University (Jersey City State College) from 1981-1987, and again from 1995-2000. In
1991,'92,'93 he was the Head Football Coach at Saint Peter's College . Coach Miller was the 1984 New Jersey Athletic
Conference Coach-of-the-Year, and is a 1990 Inductee to the New Jersey City University Athletic Hall of
Fame. In 1992 he was presented with the Metro Award, for outstanding contributions to the sport of college football,
by the Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials.
Now, after 20+ years as the HCYFL's Commissioner,
his charge remains the same...to ensure all participants a fair and level playing field, providing all member Associations
the same opportunity for success.
