TWO (2) WEEKS UNTIL CERTIFICATION MEETING
As written in our By-Laws, the initial certification meeting will
be held on Thursday, September 6th, beginning at 6:30 PM
in North Bergen. All associations must deliver their paperwork (completed Coaches roster
and contracts as well as completed player rosters and registration forms with physicals for each participant) on
this date.
COMMISSIONER'S NOTE: Assign
someone to organize your paperwork procedures so your association is not fined and your coaches and players are not at
risk of being forced to miss the opening game.

NOTICE to ALL COACHES:
Important rule changes have been made this year on the High School level, which has an impact on ALL of the Head Coaches
in the HCYFL. Please review 'Rule I.2' to familiarize yourself with this new rule.
NOTICE to ALL COACHES: Important changes have been made during the off-season dealing
with player and coach ejections. Your HCYFL contract clearly states that you understand the ramifications
of being ejected from an HCYFL game.
